2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship across India, including:
✅ Metro cities, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities
✅ Most rural and remote locations
🚫 No international shipping at this time
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 3 Cities & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: ₹49-₹99
- Express Shipping: ₹149-₹199
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999
- Remote Area Charges: Additional ₹50-₹100 may apply
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays & holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- A confirmation email/SMS with tracking details will be sent after dispatch.
6. Tracking Your Order
- You can track your order via:

7. Delivery Attempts & Failures
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If undelivered, the package will be held for 7 days at the nearest hub before being returned.
- Additional re-delivery charges may apply if the package is returned to us.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of expected delivery.
- Provide order details and photos (if applicable).
- We will initiate an investigation and resolution within 5-7 days.
